The was an error in his logic though as you can't engage in collective punishment. Attacking a bunch of wage slaves like he did on 9/11 guaranteed a rift between 2 groups that are equally as powerless to do anything about the problem that would take forever to mend. He would have done far better to have written this letter first and then personally suicide-bombed the POTUS, which would have forced the entire world to question wtf just happened and why. What can be done now is create an Arab lobby and empower it to affect US policy and politicians. Create a pro-Palestine political party in Israel made up of Israelis and de-brainwash Israelis. I'd run on a platform of fighting corruption, increasing security by using proven de-escalation methods, fighting military and police crimes, reestablishing a fair court and parliament, creating a controlled rollback of some of the settlements, and guaranteeing protection and the rights of all religious practices that don't violate human rights, a right to return from abroad to of Palestinians to the Palestinian territories and a right to travel overseas and a right to travel for work in Israel after passing a smuggling check for banned items. For permanent residents that's lived without police conviction for 10 years the right to vote and the ability to receive citizenship.
De-escalation means no more torture, warrantless home searches, no more bassless warrants, if someone is caught lying to the police for a warrant they face jail time, and no more of the military camping in random people's homes if you need an outpost then build one. Instead of acting like terrorists the people are scared of you should have been acting like someone the people can trust and rely on for help.
Like one person asked me not long ago "What good is the money they offer us for information if they are likely going to just shoot us or blow up our stuff anyways"?
